Welcome Malaine, thank you for taking the time to share your story with us, can you introduce yourself to us as a wealth mindset coach?

Hey there, I’m Malaine Lea, wealth mindset coach. My primary goal is to support women in owning and connecting with their self worth and value so they can effortlessly increase their net worth. The way I support women is not as conventional, standard, normal and logical as most.

There is an infusion of divinity, magic, miracles and hard work hustle philosophies. I have worked with hundreds of women over the years and have seen people’s lives change drastically. One thing I know for certain is that by helping one woman at a time the world becomes a more expansive and abundant place.

My other main mission is to make sure no one is ever a no to their life or soul-aligned choices because of money. So through my curriculum, classes, 1:1 session, and retreats I support people in stepping into a soul-aligned abundant wealthy and expansive life. 

Can you give us a little back story on your journey so far?

I’ve been in business since early 2015 and in the life coaching/transformational world since 2013. When I was a coach for another company I saw the gap. The gap being women struggling to really own the wealth abundant being they were. It is actually statistically proven that women make less then men in similar roles and when it comes to asking for a raise or salary will ask for 30 percent less than their counterpart. When you see a gap it’s unique because you are actually I believe being called to be of service to the world and step into the gap. Make sense? My vision is to create a world where everyone understands abundance is truly their birthright.

Through my own training and rough life experiences with coming from nothing to creating everything I knew I had not just a platform but a movement to create.

What was the incentive behind launching the Divine Goddess Revolution Podcast?

Again, my purpose on earth is to be of maximum service to others. I truly believe we are in a very selfish time right now. People are so consumed with me me me and not enough “them.” All my blogs, podcasts, free series are to give back to my tribe, community and the world. I do my best to make all my teachings available to everyone. 

Can you tell us the most rewarding aspect of helping women to leave their current positions of work to live a more purposeful life?

Omg! It is so rewarding to see women leave their soul-sucking job and step fully into their purpose. You see the passion light up inside of them and you see the profits easily and effortlessly follow.

My favourite story is one of my clients from Australia left her 9-5 corporate job and started her healing practice full time. She now has had multiple six-figure launches, gets paid over double what she did at her corporate position and most fulfilling is that she is able to take her husband and children on vacations they used to only dream about.

That fills me up.

How you are working with women to create a financially responsible plan that they can execute realistically with ease?

I work with women in a way that feels super supportive. Meaning, I actually listen to what they want and desire to create in their reality. Together we customise a blueprint for them to take them from where they are to where they desire to be. Sometimes that blueprint requires 1:1 deep dive work and sometimes being in group courses. Each person is different but regardless of the course of action what is most important is to make the women feel seen, heard and fully supported. 

Can you tell us about the team behind you and the Divine Rich Community?

Yes! I have an amazing team that includes my right-hand lady Vanessa, various coaches and salespeople at times and even my soon to be husband pitches in with support from time to time.

Vanessa has been with me the longest and is truly apart of all the results we have generated. When I celebrate it’s not just for me but for her too. My tribe is filled with so many loyal and powerhouse empowered women who I simply adore.  We’re all about serving them and making them feel loved and heard.

How are you working on your own personal development?

I’m always working on bettering myself and my own inner transformation. I have worked with some of the best mentors globally and am always supported fully with people who have what I want. Let me explain that a little deeper. When someone has a life and results I desire, I hire them and reverse engineer how they did it! It helps me save time and not reinvent the wheel.

What does #BEYOUROWN mean to you?

To me, #BEYOUROWN means showing up authentically in your truth every day. It means knowing that you are a unique being that is here to share a message and a medicine unlike anyone else. Don’t dull your shine or who you are for anyone because you showing up as you make the world a better place.

In which areas are you looking to grow and expand Malaine Lea Inc throughout the rest of 2019?

2019 for me is another year of growth and expansion. I’m a mother of 2 boys and I am expecting another little boy at the end of the year. With that said while business growth and expansion is a priority so is family. My continued goal has always been to create a rhythm and flow where I can be of service to the world sharing my unique gifts and medicines whilst also spending quality family time with my husband and children.
