
Rachael Rose is a 32-year-old woman working in a fantastic health and wellness industry since skincare and health are so important thus go hand in hand. Rachael started her health journey about 6 years ago and have always had a high level of fitness. Having had her first child, she understood that our body changes and we have to make adaptations to accommodate this. With a new found appreciation for her healthy lifestyle and the company she is proud to become part of, we asked Rachael to share more with us on the NuSkin brand DNA and ethos.
Hey Rachael, can you introduce yourself to us?
I am a very hard working and disciplined female with a lot of passion and drive for what I do.
Can you take us through your journey to where you are now?
Having spent over 4 years learning my trade, I have really grown with my personal development and understanding of bringing a busy working mother now who can contribute so much to helping others achieve their goals.
What is a day in the life of you like?
My mornings consist of waking up around 7am, attending.to.my.child having a healthy breakfast and doing some personal development. Taking regular walks and exercise is beneficial for my health and wellbeing and good for the baby and focusing on a good skincare routine that fits around my busy life. I have a lot of consistency within what I do and my daily goals are increased with continuous action.
How is your business funded, is it bootstrapped, self-funded ect?
My business is self-funded we are all self-employed.
Can you tell us more about the NuSkin brand DNA and ethos?
They are committed to a force for good helping young children who may be suffering from poverty and who are malnourished being an ethical company who give something back. Our products demonstrate the difference and we aim to achieve a wider knowledge-based with our global brand
Who does the team involve behind you?
The founders of the company, where it was started over 35 years ago, the great customer support we receive in the UK and globally and the fab team members we help recruit and develop.
Where can you see yourself within the next 3-5 years?
Still working for.this great brand and building other people’s dreams and working consistently to build on further aspirations.
What are the key tools that you use for your trade?
Products that including skincare, makeup, and health, key events to enhance personal development, self-development through books and meditation. Business tools through the company site.
Can you tell us what areas you have struggled in professionally?
A slow starter at first to get business off the ground but gained.momentum.with a massive amount of drive and self-belief.
Have you ever had any other mentor? If so how has this benefitted you to grow?
A few support networks, people who are personal friends and advice from those who have done it and had success.
What outlets do use to market NuSkin?
Social media sites and platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, linkedIn, face to face interaction, trade events, beauty events, networking events.
Which methods are you using to build your own support network?
Building on what I already know and staying in touch with people.within the business. We are in an accountability group which helps us to stay consistent.
What do you believe are the common misconceptions about the wellness industry and how are you using your platform and voice to educate people more?
It has become commercialised, so can sometimes be seen as not authentic and similar, but our beauty awards and research that has undergone years of development show extensive knowledge that we can pass on.
What would you like to see changed for millennials in business?
A way to develop through technology, but also use old fashioned methods at the same time to get their message across.
What is the best piece of business advice you have received to date?
To picture and envisage yourself as already being the person you want to me as if you can picture it in your mind you can achieve it.
What is the number 1 critical lesson you have learned in your career so far?
To not waste too much time on people, who are not devoting the same amount of energy back, whether that be via conversations or giving up your time to help. People who want to be successful, start within themselves for the change.
How do you create an evenly balanced work and personal life?
I devote a balance to trying not to work when my child needs attention and as my job is so flexible, I can work my own hours. I have been fortunate to spend the crucial early stages with him and fitting this around his needs.
A seminal point in your career so far?
Attending a big live event in Marbella opened my eyes to the business in a different way and the energy was electric striving me to know I had made the right choice, choosing this company.
What gives you ultimate career satisfaction?
Helping others achieve their goals and bringing our their confidence to realise they can achieve what they say their minds to.
What challenges have you seen to have been presented during the growth of your business?
People understanding our company ethos and why we are so different.

Bob Proctor. His knowledge is vast and has a wealth of experience. Eric Worre as he has shown how to build on your success and stay humble in the process.
