Welcome Sandra, thank you for coming on board with us, can you introduce yourself to us?

I am Sandra, I am certified life & business coach, soul entrepreneur and speaker from a personal perspective and a creative mind, rebel heart and lover of life who has a crush on the world personally. However, I like to sum that up as spiritual business influencer that’s helps women to create a life and business they’re madly in love with every damn day, without being of afraid of the unknown and scary waters lying ahead of us.

Can you talk us through the path you have pathed to where you are now as a life and business coach?

A few years ago I started to notice that feeling in my gut, that was telling me that there is more out there for me if I would just listen. Maybe some of you can relate. I wanted to ditch my soul-sucking 9-5 and embrace the life my heart was longing for that would allow me to be who I truly want to be unapologetically. So I took the quantum leap.

But before that… Here’s the Cliff’s Notes version of my story…

On New Year’s Day 2017 I was crying alone in my apartment at the thought of another year like the one that just passed. After 11 years in corporate, three years in the direct selling market and three years Business studies (at the same time!) I felt like my life was falling apart.

It may not have looked that way if you had looked at it from the outside. In fact, my life looked pretty good. I had a nice car, a cushy job, a decent salary. But inside I was crumbling and I knew something had to change. I had to do something, so that day I texted a friend of mine who had recently left the same company I was still currently working for (surprisingly, he had become a monk since he quit!) and asked for advice. He was actually in town so we were able to go on a walk and he said to me:

Listening to our inner voice can be painful, but if it wasn’t we wouldn’t know if we were on the right track.

Through my own journey I’ve discovered a strong inner desire to support other women to create those breakthroughs I had from the inside out and establish lasting positive change – both personally and professionally, the rest is history.

My newly discovered rebel heart was longing for revolutionary act. So here I am designing the life I want to live with all of my heart and make others feel what they are capable of. Life is so much more.

Too often in my life, I numbed the voice inside of me to meet the expectations of the ones around me. Too often I wanted to be someone else, not me because the outside noise made me believe I am not enough. Too often I was looking outside for something that can only be found within! Too often I put myself last. I became tired of “too often…” and my life changed to this free lifestyle I enjoy today doing what I am passionate about…

What does a typical day look like for you?

I cannot say I have a typical day. Each day is different and special, but usually I start with a morning routine and setting intentions for the day. Being my own boss I enjoy the flexibility in structuring my week. Most of the time I start working on my projects and coaching. I finish my day with reading, Yoga or late night zoom calls (at least for me due to time difference) with my amazing friends in California. In between I try to travel as much as I can. I was also holding a job with the German Airline as flight attendant in between just to satisfy my wanderlust.

Can you tell us how you are helping women to gain clarity on their goals and their mission in life?

I walk women through a step by step process from the status quo to their desired situation which focuses on the inner work first and leads over to the first steps in creating their own business. We are the foundation, the key pillar of what we are creating in our life. So I want to make sure, they are true to themselves and ready to take a quantum leap before making life changing decisions. I wanna prevent them from the mistakes I’ve made before. Once they’ve done the inner work we are ready to move forward and create life on their own terms.

Can you give us 3 ways in which we create the success we truly crave?

I haven’t been successful from day one. After restarting a few times I noticed, that the #1 step to success is to do the inner work. Not being me from the beginning on lead to dead ends. I understood that if I want to help others, I need to get aligned with what I want to embody and stop listening to the outside noise. #2 is to be willing to take risks. Be willing to leave your comfort zone. That’s where the growth is! #3 Face your fears! They lead you on the right path. They are the gatekeepers to the greatest gifts of life.

Whats steps are you taking towards personal development?

Personal development is a huge topic for me. I feel it’s a never-ending journey of uncovering my strengths and potential I have inside. I’ve invested a lot the last two years to be where I am now. In fact it’s not about how much you invest, but it’s the commitment to myself, the respect and love that I deserve more.

When people meet me, no one would know from the person in front of them about some of the difficulties I had in my family life as a little girl. Originally born in Poland but then soon after moving to Germany, I realised at an early age that my family was not altogether what everyone else seemed to experience at home. Being in an environment with a violent and abusive alcoholic, makes you grow up with limiting beliefs, guilt  and a lack of self-worth which affected me as I became a young woman. So Personal Development was and still is key to let go of what was and embody what is and will be. The real me.

Number one rule in business you stick by?

Steve Jobs said it right: „Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.“ This also resonates with me related to business. After the experiences I’ve made, I would never go back to a place that is not serving me and pulls me down like sinking sand.

We all deserve more than „selling“ our lifetime for money. Find the deeper meaning in what you are doing and be on a mission for the better.

How do you define your own success?

Honestly, success was a difficult topic for me for a long time. I defined success on the outside. There was no deeper meaning for me. Therefore I felt lost and not fulfilled after each high in my life. It took me sometime to understand what success truly means and today I can happily say, that success means being unapologetically me and truly embody that person. Not putting a mask on and live my truth. Realising this was the moment things started to fall into place perfectly and finally feel that it’s all inside of me. There is no need to look outside for success.

What does #BEYOUROWN mean to you?

It means to be me and own it! To embody who I truly am, no matter what others or society says. Taking ownership and responsibility for the life I am creating and believing that I deserve all that and more.

Finally, what are you working on throughout 2019?

Currently I am working on launching my Podcast in June 2019, a new coaching online course and preparing my move to LA hopefully by the end of the year. Recently I also enjoyed some time offline to find more focus on how I want to design my future path. It’s a time of creativity and finding out what’s meant to be.

There are more things to come, stay tuned.
