Hey Sylvia, can you introduce yourself to us?
Hi there! I’m a free spirit, kinda wonder woman gone wild. Born in Poland and raised in Germany. I am part of #teamtrust and believer in: Love it. Change it. Or leave it. I help high-achieving feminist entrepreneurs and professionals who work remotely (coaches, mentors, consultants, advisers, and leaders like you!) and struggle with loneliness, anxiety, insecurity and overwhelm. My mission is to empower women through coaching, mentoring and strategic healing to feel self-assured, calm, resilient, unafraid and unapologetic in life & business.
After consulting and advising CEO’s, founders, top managers and executives in corporate and start-up environments, I decided to continue with leadership and business development internationally. My holistic approach is unique because of the way I combine the magic of the Western and Eastern worlds.
After 20 years in business and over five years in human resources, I was excited to pivot and attend an immersive and intense Yoga Teacher and Therapist Training experience in India. Today, I travel the world and supports others in architecting change and creating their dreams.
Can you take us through your journey to where you are now?
Let’s be real, life’s been messy. I went from almost homeless at the age of 18 to financial freedom. Leaving home at the age of 16 shaped my way of thinking, feeling, acting; well living & working entirely. Self-responsibility, self-confidence and creating change (mentally and physically) constantly revealed after I reached the bottom at an early stage.
Loneliness was in the passenger seat for a long time. You know, living as half-orphan pushed me beyond the edge. Sometimes it was rewarding but on the other hand, in some situations, purely overwhelming and even breaking. Getting my shit together and dancing the Tango with fear became part of me. Transformation and change management has been part of my entire personal & professional journey. After creating it for myself and organisations, I truly believe that we can make everything happen.
I truly trust the river of life. Beyond grateful to travel with my partner, soul mate and best friend. Friendships for over 30 years mean the world to me. #teamplayer forever.
What is a day in the life of you like?
That depends on the country. There is not a typical day as such. There is not one day like the other. I love diversity, and yes, I need resilience for this kind of lifestyle. Changing countries monthly and sometimes weekly is my lifestyle and I love it most of the days.
I’m a huge believer in flexible routines. However, normally I’d wake up, meditate, hop on my yoga mat or go for a jog. Afterward coffee and working. Interviews for my Podcast Dare Daily are conducted weekly. Creating content and coaching calls follow. Any kind of treatment happens weekly. My business is taking off and the amount of to-dos is endless. I’m dedicated to be #antihustle and #rollercoasterrebel and take care of myself.
As an expert in personal & professional change management, can you tell us what your role entails?
Many beautiful women get the money & partial success to do what they want, but only buying shoes isn’t fun anymore, and feeling lonely is part of the drinks taken with countless people. Feeling lost, struggling with loneliness, insecurity, anxiety or overwhelm to grow and transform their lives and businesses.
Apart from creating a safe space, I provide coaching and mentoring to those who’ve decided that they’re ready to make some changes in life and business. Adios comfort zone and hello more of the good stuff, thus freedom, success, money, impact, influence, a fulfilling relationship and eight hours of restful sleep.
Literally leveling up from the inside out. Calm, unafraid, resilient, empowered, self-assured and unapologetic whilst growing personally and also their business. We provide customised solutions for business transformations and also uniquely magical personal transformations. I’m the accountability partner in every stage.
What about your DARE DAILY podcast, how did you launch and what was the incentive?
I decided to start the ‘DARE DAILY’ podcast to address one simple question: How can smart and driven women create their dreams and architect change in life, work, and relationships? On this show, I talk to fellow badass coaches, consultants, leaders and entrepreneurs, women who decided they wanted to change the world and actually did it.
My guests and I share our stories, the mistakes we made and the pivotal point that changed everything. Vulnerable, honest, inspiring, raw and real. The incentive was the surprise, that no matter how much I know, knowing and really doing are different worlds. We have to ‘dare daily in order to apply what we know.
From guests including Alanna Wall, Tara Bradford and Tricia Brouk, what has been your favorite topic of discussion and with which guest?
I love all of them and I look forward to the next one. My favorite topic of discussion is always any guest willing to show themselves as the real deal and I listen to them as a world changer. Any steps they took to overcome fear, to create what they craved or what they stood for and why in order to inspire and motivate others that everything is possible.
Can you tell us how you are helping female millennials who feel a little lost on their entrepreneurial journey?
Let’s make clear who I personally consider millennials. There are many facts out there, but I think we can agree on anyone born between 1981 and 1996 (ages 22 to 37 in 2018). I’m one of them, but I also support female entrepreneurs in their early fourties. Feeling lost in the world of endless opportunities, feeling lost though having kinda everything, can be part of the journey. I feel, see and hear them. I help female millennials with my ‘DARE model’. Discover. Acknowledge. Redesign. Execute.
Do you ever think life’s challenges have awoken you in the middle of the night and robbed you of dreams? Coaching, mentoring, consulting, strategic healing and changing is part of the transformation process. This can be a transformation personally or in business. I’m their accountability partner, friend and sweet kick-ass giver if necessary. This can look differently for everyone and every business. I provide customised consulting for female entrepreneurs running businesses. Part of the service is to intentionally and meaninguflly transform themselves and/or their business in order to get back on track. Most importantly, I feel them. I hear them. And I see them. I was there.
Can you give us 3 wise tips to help keep us motivated when times are tough?
- Do the work which intrinsically motivates you. That’s one of the easiest ways to keep going even when it gets rough and tough.
- Credit your greatness and reward yourself regularly. Seriously, schedule pleasure time in your calendar.
- Create a crystal clear vision where you want to go to. Stay flexible on the way, but be clear where you go to.
Where can you see yourself within the next 3-5 years?
Two years ago, I changed my life radically. Biggest decision taken. Biggest leap taken, to lead with integrity, to invest in my health, and to make a huge impact on the world. In the next 3 – 5 years I intend to reach thousands of female online entrepreneurs and support them in architecting change (in life & business) and creating their dreams.
What strategies do you have in place when looking at the expansion of your business?
Step by step support in certain areas of my business. I want to expand my team in order to expand my business. Offer online courses, a membership area to create a global community of open-minded female entrepreneurs who are coaches, consultants, mentors, leaders and creatives. As well as offering masterminds, retreats, and epic online courses.
Can you tell us what areas you have struggled in professionally?
Being a perfectionist was a big one. I had to learn it the hard way with no boundaries in place. I also struggled with loneliness, insecurity, anxiety and overwhelm by myself. Having it all and feeling unfulfilled, self-doubting etc. was tough to take. Changing it was the most rewarding and revealing journey.
Have you ever had any other mentor? If so how has this benefitted you to grow?
I’d definitely recommend getting one in case you want to grow and transform. You can do everything by yourself eventually. However, whenever you start to face lack of motivation, lack of seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, lack of mental mastery, a mentor will help you to focus on the right things and give you feedback wherever you feel lost. I also surround myself with mentors and people with the right energy and have mentors in order to level up faster. I go beyond the edge more often.
What outlets do use to market your business?
My amazing website, podcasts, radio shows, Instagram, Facebook Groups and networking events around the world.
Which methods are you using to build your own support network?
I attend networking events on regular basis. While working location independent, I work in cafes and connect with others. I also follow inspiring leaders, engage with them and eventually reach out to them.
What do you believe are the common misconceptions about entrepreneurship and how are you using your platform and voice to educate people more?
I guess some people think online entrepreneurs are lying at the beach and working only 2 hours a day. This isn’t really the way how it works (it would be awesome though, wouldn’t it?) Of course, I invite everyone to do it with ease and fun.
It doesn’t have to be hard, but it definitely takes work. Sometimes it is harder than normal because you don’t have anyone above you to push you. It has to come from you, your will and motivation. This is the part I also try to educate people on, I tell them that they can create whatever they want, but they have to work for it.
What would you like to see changed for millennials in business?
Not only millennials, but everyone in business having more fun. Yes, pleasure, joy, and fun next to creating their dream business. I’d love to see women making deals in high heels and smoothies in their hand versus playing golf and closing deals. Acknowledge that compassion is cool. And that self-care part of their business plan is.
What is the best piece of business advice you have received to date?
To give a f* what others think about you. Do. Fail. Do again. Until you succeed. Do whatever it takes and make sure you have your own version of success. Also to show up daily to welcome the next level.
What is the number 1 critical lesson you have learned in your career so far?
To work from the heart, follow my gut and heal in order to grow and level up in every area. Be the teamplayer and A-player no matter what. Treating everyone with the same respect regardless of what title is behind a person. Let go of the misconception of work-life-balance.
How do you create an evenly balanced work and personal life?
I believe work-life-balance is a delusion. To balance something evenly which is only partially under your control is impossible. We have to dare daily to gain energy, empowerment, and excitement in order to create harmony in both areas. For me personally, it’s the work-life-flow. That’s how I roll for over 20 years. I had times where work-life-balance was one of my deepest desires. Letting it go revealed lots of liberation and satisfaction.
The highlight of your career so far?
Running retreats at the beach in Goa. Closing one of the biggest outsourcing projects under the umbrella of the biggest TelCo merger in Europe.
What gives you ultimate career satisfaction?
To see others rise and shine. While leading projects, it’s been amazing to see people to grow and get empowered. Today, it’s also amazing to see entrepreneurs transform entirely and take over the driving seat.
After consulting and advising CEO’s, founders, top managers and executives in corporate and start-up environments, I decided to continue with leadership and business development internationally. Biggest decision. Biggest leap and the biggest satisfaction.
Being able to share my story to support to break barriers and reach their souls to create their wildest dreams. To support them to see that only we set our limits what’s possible, what’s inside of us. Seeing the true and unrevealed magic in our hearts. Empower to reveal and heal deeply on regular basis. And have passion and never give up. You have it in you whatever it takes to create your dream business, life, and relationship.
What challenges have you seen to have been presented during the growth of your business?
Losing the ground under my feet and trusting in the unknown. But mainly, following my intuition and being myself unapologetically.
Which other leading entrepreneurs and pioneering game changers do you also admire and why?
Definitely Susan Hyatt, Marie Forleo and Sir John Rogerson. They walk their talk. But what I love about them mostly is, that they follow their values. Philantropists who invest their money and power to create greatness and good in this world.
What is a good article or book you have read recently?
The book ‘Bare: A 7-Week Program to Transform Your Body, Get More Energy, Feel Amazing, and Become the Bravest, Most Unstoppable Version of You.’
It’s basically a boldness slayage of your limiting beliefs around yourself which supports you to not only having it all on your own terms, but helps you to own yourself. Big dreams acombined with big potential for women who want to change the landscape of womanhood, beauty and dieting.

How do you measure your own terms of success?
Mental, physical and financial abundance. I ask myself if I’ve reached my goals which I have on my vision board and on my napkin business plan!
What does#BEYOUROWN mean to you?
To be the best version of myself, every day, imperfectly perfect. Whilst loving and owning myself unconditionally.
