The Women in Business Conference (WiBCON), aims to bring together prominent men and women to speak about their experiences in high-demand professions to students looking to explore such career avenues. At the same time, the conference will have an emphasis on sparking dialogue about how gender issues have evolved in the workplace- we’d love for our speakers to offer their take on this since they experience the workplace gender climate firsthand.
