Are you ready for an insightful purposeful conversation amongst our community of women who are equally on a mission to succeed? Then grab a coffee, a pen and notebook and join us for April’s Group Session!
This virtual event will be hosted over ZOOM by our founder Samanah Duran and co-hosted with Well & Truly founders Kathryn Phillips and Sarah Phillips.
Kathryn:
Well & Truly brings wellness and productivity into the world of work through workshop facilitation and training. Their approach empowers individuals and teams to be purposeful and focused in the workplace, no matter what challenge they’re facing, by combining supportive wellness and expert productivity practices to keep bodies and minds at their best.
Kathryn has been running workshops with clients as an agency strategist since her first month on the job. She started her career on the prestigious WPP Fellowship, which took her to agencies in London, Paris and New York.
In her role as Strategy Director at Grey New York, her belief in the power of workshops was fully realised, and she became the go-to person in the strategy department for workshop facilitation, as well as spearheading a new ‘sprint’ workshop process.
During this time she also honed her productivity practises by studying and refining concepts such as deep work and time boxing. You can read more about why she cares deeply about productivity here.
Sarah:
Sarah has carefully curated her training and experience over several years in order to offer the most truly holistic and supportive workshop experience.
Having trained as a natural foods chef in New York at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, Sarah became a confident and gifted teacher at Jamie Oliver’s Cookery School in London. She then delved into her nutritional education, training as an integrative nutrition health coach and launching her successful 1:1 health coaching practice. Sarah is also a passionate and experienced yoga and meditation teacher, a tool which is indispensable for clients’ wellbeing and productivity.
Sarah is dedicated to empowering her clients to take the best care possible of their minds and bodies, so that they can fully engage in their passions and purpose.
This will be the perfect opportunity to chat about any highlights or challenges you may have encountered over this month and seek advice from our leading ladies within this group as we encourage you to take yourself to the next level both professionally and personally.
This is part of our monthly Virtual Events calendar.
