Introspective Therapy is a Coaching and Therapy service providing 1:1, Group, and Telephone personal therapy. Introspective Therapy helps nurture, mind body and soul through spirituality, self-care and meditative practices; supporting your well-being from the inside-out.
Introspective Therapy presents ‘Well Women’ facilitating mind body + soul-care. Sharing wellness tips, good energy + support. This gathering aspires to make wellness a lifestyle for all women, so we can be at our best, work towards inner fulfilment and live our best lives. It is a space for women to water their soul, to feed themselves and each other, through spiritual practices, wellness tips, recommendations, sharing ideas and support.
The session will focus on four main areas for wellness:
– Light breathing and meditation – Beginning the session with a sense of presence, stillness and awareness of self can encourage you to inwardly set an intentional space – to receive what’s well and what serves you.
– Sharing self-care tips + recommendations – I invite you all to bring with you or have the information ready to share – books, podcasts, articles, blogs, healthy food places or food, activities for wellness, well-being rituals & practices and anything that might help to inspire and support one another on our journey to wellness. One tip or recommendation/share per person is fine.
– Soul conversations – Engaging in nurturing conversation can be so uplifting for the soul. This space allows time to build the sisterhood space. I encourage you all to share your sense of freedom and self-expression, to share thoughts and ideas on topics that matter to us as women and develop our personal well-being, to also help provide a non-judgemental and supportive space.
– Affirmation writing and sharing – Affirmations can be a powerful tool for self-belief and encouragement. It helps speak life into us and changes our negative inner voice to a positive one. It also motivates us to be our best selves.
Bring a notepad and pen ready to take notes on wellness tips and recommendations. If you have a product or service that you’d like to share please bring your information along. The ‘Well Women’ space is supportive of helping other women grow their business through sharing and networking.
