Can you take us through your journey to where you are now?

My journey now began when I was born.  I have been through many versions of life, wife, mother, I have experienced 5 car crashes, 2 near death experiences, chronic pain, depression, life-threatening illness, divorce, financial difficulties.  I have been an entrepreneur since the age of 24 and have been involved in many businesses, including property development and charity work.  I set up my mentoring business in 2004 under the guise of a Pilates and hands-on healing clinic, which evolved as I delved into psychology and mindset work.  I took my business online in 2015, closed down my clinic and now have clients all over the world.

How much research did you do on the market prior to launching your career in Shamanism?

None.

Can you tell us more about the #10dayshift and how you put it together?

The #10DayShift® is an easy introduction to my work.  I wanted something that would show people how easy it is to shift your perception around what you know about yourself and that this could be done quickly.  I wanted to show people they had the power to change if they chose to. It is a collection of simple tools, translated into ‘Laymans terms’ for easy understanding.

Can you give us 3 tips ways you are aiding us to release the creative, inventive power and potential that you hold within us?

  1. Shamanic journeying and energy work.
  2. Inner Child/Shadow work.
  3. Mindset work.

Where can you see yourself within the next 5 years?

I don’t have a view of 5 years into the future, I follow the opportunities that open up to me.  I am writing a book, and enjoy speaking on stage, so more of this in the short term.  And mentoring corporate executives, hopefully, to bring a more empathic style of leadership into that sector.

What outlets do use to promote mentoring programmes?

Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Word of Mouth.

What gives you ultimate career satisfaction?

Me and my career is one and the same. Ultimate satisfaction comes from witnesses huge growth in my clients and feeling it in myself.  The best thing I find is to look back and see how far I’ve come.

What challenges have you seen to have been presented during the growth of your career?

Illness, chronic pain, depression. Losing most of my money and building it back up again.

Which other leading entrepreneurs and pioneering game changers do you also admire and why?

Simon Sinek, Richard Branson, and Marianne Williamson.

Top 3 go-to Podcast channels?

I don’t listen to Podcasts.

How do you define your own success?

Success is not only achieving my goals, by it is achieving them with ease and enjoying my journey.  Success is about experiencing life through my own eyes – unique in every way and enjoying that.

What does #BEYOUROWN mean to you?

#BEYOUROWN means just that – be yours – own yourself (warts and all) and love you most.

Finally, what are you working on throughout 2019?

My first book, speaking engagements, working with corporate directors, teaching my Shamanic Apprenticeship and continuing to work with my retainer clients.
