As a humanitarian, she has published her book, “The World Hate Crisis: Through The Eyes Of A Dream Psychic.” She is blessed to be recognised as a dream psychic, as she has published her book, “Spiritual Lighthouse: The Dream Diaries Of Ann Marie Ruby” which many are calling the best spiritual book ever. She had begun her journey to unite all religions within one house of humanity, as she published her two prayer books, “Spiritual Songs: Letters From My Chest” and “Spiritual Songs II: Blessings From A Sacred Soul.”
These books have united different religious faiths as her fans have accepted them even though they are from different houses of religions. They call these prayers songs, as she has named them. For a daily dose of inspiration, she has compiled words into phrases to create her four books of inspirational quotations. All four books have been compiled into one book, “Spiritual Ark: The Enchanted Journey Of Timeless Quotations.” Now, she is working on her tenth book where she has taken spiritual inspirations through the path of religious and scientific facts to answer some questions of life. Hey Ann Marie, can you introduce yourself to us?
I am a spiritually awakened individual who has been the lonely traveler trying to figure out spirituality and its true gift. I found my answers within the pages of my books, my blog, and now my virtual magazine, “Spirituality Through My Eyes.” I was the lonely traveler who now has the united travellers taking a journey through our united gifts we give back to the society. I have embarked upon a journey to spread humanity throughout this world through our united work.
Can you talk us through the path you have pathed to where you are now an author?
Spirituality and the true depth of spirituality had awakened the author within my soul. I have seen how divided we the humans have become through race, colour, and religion, so my books were created. My belief that we the humans belong in one house of humanity had awakened my inner courage and blessed me to take pen to paper. For this sacred reason, my journey as an author had begun.
How did you launch your career as an author and how has the journey been so far?
“Hold on to your dreams, for remember as you but awaken, it is up to you to follow your dreams and convert them into reality.” This is a quote I had written for my book “Spiritual Ark: The Enchanted Journey Of Timeless Quotations.” I then had written, “Obstacles are teachers of life, for when we cross them, we have learned our lesson.” As I wrote these quotes, I knew I must walk. Therefore, I created the path for all to follow. My journey began as an author, and today all over the globe, I have received reviews from different religious and non-religious perspectives accepting my “Spiritual Songs” series as spiritual prayer books. This was my journey accomplished, as through the pages of my books, we have united within one song.
Can you give us 3 tips for aspiring authors looking to become published?
Life is a journey filled with hurdles and blessings. Accept the hurdles as a blessing and keep moving.
- The path of life only goes forward. Even if you go backward, the road still is ahead of you. You will see dawn after the dark night, so keep moving forward.
- The path you travel upon as an author is your own path, created through your thoughts as you have placed your pen to paper. Believe in yourself and you shall see how then all shall believe in you.
- Remember when traveling through a road, we have speed bumps and at times orange cones to go around or even take a complete U-turn. Life is an example from the roads we travel upon. Do not stop your vehicle and just give up when you find yourself at these junctions. Turn around and keep going. Believe in the end results, not what you see today in the dark, for as dawn breaks through, you shall see the clear picture.
Having successfully published 9 books, where can you see yourself within the next 5 years and what plans do you have in place to expand your career?
The future arrives only after the traveler has completed the journey. I believe life is ongoing where I shall let the powerful pen take its own course. I have devoted my pen to paper for the wellbeing of this world. I will take this blessed pen to unite all race, colour, and religion within one house of humanity throughout the journey of my life. Aside from my books, my blog has a global audience. I am able to travel to all the houses of this world without leaving my home. Such is the power of the pen. I have also started a digital magazine which I would like to expand to showcase spiritually awakened humans throughout this world.
What avenues are you exploring to promote your humanitarian work?
Throughout time, we the humans have each other’s learned experiences to learn from. I have taken these lessons from the past and present. For the future generations, I have written my book, “The World Hate Crisis: Through The Eyes Of A Dream Psychic.” Here I have asked all humans to unite and in union, let us eradicate the world of all hate crimes. Through my pen and paper, the message has been sent worldwide and if we awaken individually first, then unitedly, we shall be victorious. I have started a blessed movement through my sacred book. This is for all the parents who live in fear thinking whether their children will come back home safely tonight.
What gives you ultimate career satisfaction?
My journey has been to awaken all humans through humanity where it is you who travels through your life holding on to each other. My satisfaction is when we work for each other, not against. When we all have succeeded, this is also my success. The lonely traveler I was, but now I walk for you not alone. My success is when I accepted the truth that not everyone will accept me, but I must accept myself first. Then, I walk through my life trying to do what I can do. I never weigh success, but always am blessed to see another dawn approach ahead for yet another day.
What challenges have you seen to have been presented during the growth of your career as an author?
Criticism helps one grow, yet the critics close the door for a lot of growth. It is always the words thrown out without a thought that create a division within the growth of development. Words can bless or curse, so they should be used wisely. Negativity corrupts the mind, body, and soul, and I have seen people use negativity widely throughout our society. I would ask all to inspire the new authors and praise their work, be there for them, and help each other grow. This is a challenge I have faced, and I shall be there for all whom need my support.
How do you define your own success?
The blessed reviews coming from different race, colour, and religion for my books are my success. I have written my books to unite all within one house of inspiration. Now I am the inspired as I see my words have taken a place within the souls of my readers. My success is knowing I have made an impact on my readers’ lives. Success is but the personal satisfaction of an individual. Tears were my gift of success.
What does #BEYOUROWN mean to you?
I have found another soul upon this Earth who is trying to highlight other people and their achievements. What an amazing journey this is to see so many travellers taking their individual journeys. BEYOUROWN to me is like my own quote, “Let us work for each other, not against.” I believe we both feel like the achievements are the journeys completed, not the goals we set in life.
Finally, what are you working on throughout 2019?
This year has brought upon my door, two new books to my family of books. I have one more book ready for publication. This upcoming book has been a passion where I have incorporated spiritual, scientific, and religious beliefs into one family. As for “Spirituality Through My Eyes,” I will have spiritual gurus from all over the world talking about their personal perspectives.
Within this magazine, we shall all journey through the inner sights of the spiritual gurus. This year, I have also collaborated with different individuals and brands, which has blessed my personal growth and reached my subscribers worldwide. Additionally, I would like to dedicate a lot of my passion to end hate crimes as I have started a movement from my book, “The World Hate Crisis: Through The Eyes Of A Dream Psychic.”
