The Marketing & Sales Summit returns to Manchester this year with a bold and timely theme: Be Unapologetically You. Created to fuel the growth of female-founded businesses and help close the gender gap in entrepreneurship, the one-day immersive summit will bring together over 100 established female founders ready to scale with clarity, confidence, and commercial precision.
Launched three years ago, the Summit was built with a clear mission: to create a space where ambitious women can refine their strategy, strengthen their leadership and grow profitable businesses without compromising their values.
The urgency is real. The UK Government-backed Rose Review found that only 1 in 3 UK entrepreneurs is female, and that unlocking women’s full entrepreneurial potential could add £250 billion to the UK economy. The Marketing & Sales Summit exists to be part of that change.
