Thank you for joining us Coralynn can you tell us a little bit about your background story as a life coach and bestselling author?

I’ve always wanted to do something amazing for the world. I joined the US military at a young age, and my career has always been in public service. I worked for the state government many years managing and accounting billions of dollars to successfully operate government and public needs. However, I realised about a year ago, the only true change I can do to make a difference is not by working for someone else but by working for myself. So, I created my own business.

I quit my government career to be able to truly make a difference in people’s lives. I wasn’t sure exactly how I was going to help people until I started writing my book. I chose to write a book to reach as many people as I could to help. My book helped prepare and organise what my service would be for the world. Once I created my book, I chose my specific service to become a business coach and help all people understand they can create their own dreams into a successful business. My book will then serve as their own amazing personal tool to be able to have confidence and successfully start their own business.

Can you tell us how you are helping your clients to turn their dreams into reality?

I have a specific program to walk people through steps into building a business plan out of their dreams. It’s a bit challenging to decipher your dreams into a specific service and turn it into a working business on your own. It’s also challenging to break through the fear of completing your actual dreams. So, I want people to know that I am here to help them and support their dream ideas.

My book and my program will serve as a reference tool to turn peoples dreams into reality. At the beginning of my program is when my clients have to choose exactly what they truly want to do for work in their life. In my program, I turn their idea into a successful working business model so that they can use the plan and turn their dreams into reality.

How do find space and time to visualise as an entrepreneur and how do you think it benefits us?

To find space and time to develop ideas as an entrepreneur I take out a lot of quiet time from my life each week to meditate on ideas. As a dreamer when I meditate, I like to take walks, sit in my room, sit outside, or just when I lay down prior to bed. When I say I meditate on ideas, this simply means I am trying to tap into my soul for ideas to guide my higher purpose. As an entrepreneur in a constant moving world with constant thoughts, it’s hard to organise and create great ideas without a quiet time.

My quiet time is when I actually get to settle into my creative state and decide on what specific ideas to act upon and what ones do not. It also gives me the ability to regain myself and face my fears. You see being an entrepreneur isn’t all that easy and it is challenging. I think it’s important to make sure everyone takes out time each week to decompress from thinking and the world to really breakthrough on ideas. It’s a spiritual move for your soul to shine. This benefits you because if you know how important alone time is you can regain your strengths, face your fears, and create your dreams. To really allow your soul to guide your purpose.

Do you have any current mentors? Either professionally or personally….

My book publisher also has a coaching service, Dr Angela Lauria (however, I am not sure I want to promote this yet, due to the honesty of her service) I am a very honest person and I don’t feel comfortable promoting her yet, to be honest. I only want to promote the best services for people. I do a lot of research on business services and combine wisdom and ideas to create new ones.

I also am apart of a couple facebook communities of business with similar people that are learning about coaching. I think it’s important to have good mentors no matter what stage of business you are in. However, I don’t have anyone specifically I would like to announce yet.

What platforms are you using as marketing tools to promote your consultations?

I use Facebook, and Instagram currently. I am in the process of making a youtube and TikTok channel.

Do you currently use any apps or tools to help the functionality of your day to day?

I use excel for most of my daily work. Excel is the greatest easiest tool to use to create business plans and other reporting needs. I also use all Microsoft Office programs. In regards to apps, I use several that are fantastic: I use Zoom so I can talk to people anywhere conveniently through video. I use apps such as quote creator, your quotes, and Magisto to create marketing and posts on social media.

What would advise your younger self 10 years ago?

I would have advised my younger self: Never be who people want you to be. To not be scared of taking chances in life because of your own fears or other peoples thoughts. To never stop thinking you are worthy enough to complete the dreams you have always wanted no matter who you are. Only go for your own dreams!

What has been one of the most valuable lessons so far throughout your business building?

The most valuable lesson I have learned so far, is you don’t need a perfect plan, perfect wisdom, or everything set up perfectly to start your own business. If you wait on the perfect plan and perfect time you will never start. There is no perfect plan or perfect time. The sooner you start the sooner you can build your dreams into reality. Your dream and love for your work is the perfect recipe!

What does #BEYOUROWN mean to you?

To be your own, you have to take advantage of your own uniqueness. As humans, we tend to ignore our own unique abilities because we are too worried about what everyone else has or what they think. If we start searching inside instead of outside you will be your own. To love yourself and own your soul. Your soul wants to do great works on earth through your human body. When you do what you love for your work, everything starts to flow because you are connected to a higher purpose. If we step into it and walk with our soul. We will regain our own personal freedom on earth. Then you can do great works for the world out of love. Then you are your own.

What does 2020 look like for you throughout the rest of the year?

My main focus in 2020, will be on awareness for people to know that I am here to help them create their dreams. When people talk about their dreams, they feel uncomfortable or feel as if they don’t have support. I want people to truly understand no matter who they are or what stage they are in life they can truly create their dreams into a business.

I want to reach as many people as I can in the world who truly need my help and support to turn their dreams into reality. To spread the message, if people start doing their dreams, something they love, not only do they create their own personal happiness, but they then create happiness for others who need their service. Anyone who needs help, I will create each client’s dreams into a successful working business plan. I will be doing my book Launch in April, and then I will have a copy of my EBook online for everyone.

I will give a free copy of my book away to anyone who sends me their email. My program is open for all clients to enjoy and take advantage of. I want to make a difference in peoples lives.
