Thank you for interviewing with us today, can you introduce yourself to us?
Hi, lovely to be here. My name is Elena Daccus and I am a High Ticket Sales Expert. I speciliase in helping experts, coaches, consultants to create consistent multiple 6 figures high ticket sales in their business by stopping 90% of stuff that drains their soul, with one powerful message and power of virtual stages.
Can you take us through your journey to where you are now?
My background is in Mergers and Acquisitions. For the last 20 years I have bought and sold over 50 companies worth over $10 billion and opened the lids to hundreds of businesses. I know what works and what does not, what sells and what does not. Why one company on the surface looks a picture of success, champagne parties and lots of followers, but when you look inside the founder is trapped within its business. Business is spending more than it is making and founder can’t sell it and can’t scale.
I have put the elements of what successful companies have in common and what failed companies failed to implement into my signature coaching program, PowerHouse CEO, which I now help entrepreneurs implement.
But it has not always been easy, in fact when I was growing up no one told me you can be anything and do anything, quite the opposite, when I was 10 years my teacher told that the best thing I can be is a secretary of the local factory. Fast forward years later and I am youngest and only female sitting across the world largest boardroom tables.
That experience is why now I am so passionate about supporting female entrepreneurs, so they become an example for their children of what is possible. So that next time our children hear a message that their dreams are impossible, our kids can say: “That is not true! Look at my mom, she did it!”
Since starting, have you made any changes to your business model?
Our big change was marketing of the business, when I started like most businesses, we have used organic social media and ads strategy. One the big changes we have seen is the saturation of the online marketing space. It is very different to grow a business now online rather than three years ago. Three years ago you can use to hope marketing to sell, provide lots of tutorials, how to information, in the hope one day they will buy. Selling with information does not work anymore. Ads are becoming more expensive and people want genuine authentic connection and not outdated manipulative sales tactics that are being taught out there.
We developed a unique process for sales and marketing based on authentic powerful message that builds genuine connection, creates demand for your offer and product, so that every time you speak 20% of audience raises their hand asks to buy. This becomes a consistent cash generation machine.
Have you ever had a mentor? If so how has this benefitted you either personally or professionally?
I always have mentors and many of them. I think it is so important, in fact I think it is a separator of the people that reach their goals fast and the ones that are still procrastinating on the first business idea.
All of us have blind spots, we don’t see certain things that only someone with external perspective and relevant experience, who has been where we are and is on the other side can point out.
It is the same, as if you get lost in the jungle you have two options, either try to find your way out yourself, get lots of bruises, grief, stress and be uncertain whether you will find our way out or you can take a guide and use their helping hand. You choose.
What outlets do use for marketing?
We use lots. But what I found the best way to create consistent cashflow in your expert business is to use other people audiences and virtual stages.
One of the hardest things for businesses to get right now is exposure and visibility, to be seen by more people. The truth that most business coaches will not tell you is that it takes time to build an audience. But when most people teach how to get followers, you actually don’t need following of random people that will never be able to afford your service, you need an audience of buyers. There are people with audiences in millions, but these people will never buy from them and they are actually making very little. Creating and nurturing the engaged audience of buyers is very different process. It is buyers that you need, not followers.
Every brand also needs trust, it takes time to build trust factor. What we found is that the best way to build trust and speed that process of getting to know and like you is through live presentation.
Most high-ticket buyers buy after they heard someone speak either on podcast, on virtual stage, on live on Instagram or facebook. They were impressed, the speaker changed their mind and belief system. Then they dived into their world, bought and if they have amazing experience became the raving fans.
This is how it works. And that is what I speciliase in helping experts do, create authentic powerful highly converting presentation and help build exposure for their brand, so that 20% of people that ever hear them speak becomes a client and a raving fan. Most people are so much closer to their desire goal than they think, they are truly one presentation away.
Which methods are you using to build your own support network?
I speak on virtual stages, podcasts, networking events every week. It is so important to expose yourself to new people, meet new people on a deeper level and with Zoom it is so much easier than ever before. I always seek ways to support other people especially women, as it goes deep into my values and my purpose in life. I will go out my way to lift, support, promote other women and as a result, I have an amazing group of women around me.
I also love masterminds and coaching programs as a way to surround yourself with high powered people.
What is the best piece of business advice you have received to date?
Invest in yourself how you want people to invest in you. Also wealth loves speed. You don’t need to be smart, special, talented to be extremely successful, but what you do need is – you need to be fast.
Try more, experiment more and try again.
How do you create an evenly balanced work and personal life?
This is always difficult to maintain the right balance. I have two young children so being a present parent and being there for my family is really important to me. My great days when I feel like I nailed the balance is when I am present with my kids, playing and focusing on them after they come back from school. I do try to finish most important work by the time they are back from school. I am grateful my work and my business is set—up the way that allows me this flexibility. There are days when I have to work outside that schedule and I try not to judge myself too harshly.
I think the most important thing is for my kids to see their mom being passionate and fulfilled about her business and show them what is possible.
Name a seminal point in your career so far?
Well many points. In fact every business we support that creates 6 figures and multiple 6 figures in profit is an incredible milestone and a celebration. I adore my podcast Bossy Heels by Elena Daccus, where I interview world top experts and provide huge value to our listeners for free. We run a Scale Secrets Summit in 2020 that was one of the biggest in the coaching industry and I absolutely loved it.
What gives you ultimate career satisfaction?
My biggest joy comes from seeing female entrepreneurs create sensational businesses that go even beyond their wildest dreams, that positively impacts other people and create generational wealth for their families. Some of my clients become the wealthiest people in their family and everyone who ever doubted them now asks “How did you do it? “
The truth is we need more female leaders, presidents, CEOs, female founders of extremely successful companies from all races, religions and backgrounds. Our world desperately needs female leadership and I am on mission to help achieve this.
Are there any leading entrepreneurs or SME leaders that you admire and if so, why?
I admire Alex Hormozi and certainly follow his advice very closely. If you don’t follow him already, you should. He was recently on my podcast Bossy Heels by Elena Daccus and it was such powerful and profound conversation, every entrepreneur needs to listen to it.
How do you define your own success?
I want to get to my 80th Birthday, be surrounded by my family and friends, clients and look back at my life and feel completely satisfied and fulfilled, as I have taken all the chances, went all in, created incredible business that helped thousands of female entrepreneurs change the world and live the life of their dreams. That everyone who was ever in my presence feel seen, feel loved and supported.
That is success to me.

This year our big focus is two things I love supporting women on 1-1 basis and helping them scale a powerful business, there is nothing more powerful than going deep into some’s business and help them create a breakthrough performance. We are looking for over 200 students to take their business to 6 figures and beyond through our PowerHouse CEO Group Coaching Program and Mastermind with one outcome of creating signature talk that converts 20% of audience and booking 40 stages a year to 10x their business.
