A Happy Life founder Samantha Hearne is a bold business coach who has created her own six pillars to business growth and success. Samantha coaches epic women to build a successful, but most importantly, a sustainable business using organic strategy and social media. 

It is great to have you with us, Samantha! Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

So happy to be here! I am obsessed with the colour yellow and always have been (which may also have something to do with the fact I love love love sunshine!) Traveling, adventure and new experiences have always been a huge part of my life and I enjoy going to new places as often as possible. I have a loving husband, cutest puppy and an amazing network of friends and family.

Can you talk us through your coaching and mentoring services and what your clients can expect to take away from those experiences?

Of course! I have a membership which is focussed on mindset and positive mental attitude – this is my inner circle go-getter group. My main coaching for business happens inside my Class of 2020 – which is an elite, high level 12 month group coaching programme.

Finally, I also offer 9 months of 1:1 coaching for a select few per year. The takeaways for all of my clients is to build a business based on organic growth and community, to then allow my clients to be able to scale their businesses independently after our time together.

I want all of my clients to grow in confidence, intuition and business acumen during our time together, as well as coaching them to launch effectively, promote their business with purpose and intentionally show up for their business and brand.

How you are balancing the work/life strife?

I now don’t work weekends in my business or Mondays and Wednesdays – so I chunk my coaching days and content creation days to allow time for enrichment and my own development too.

What was the setup process like for A Happy Mind?

I started an Instagram account and Facebook group and started building a community. This really was the focal point of my business at the beginning. I would go live weekly, share, show up and support my tribe. It really was that simple – show up and serve first.

Who are the team behind you and do you currently have any mentors?

My team are legends! I currently have a YouTube manager, main VA that focusses on all customer satisfaction, email automation, website changes and everything in-between! A social media manager who is solely focussed on outreach and building connections. I do a lot of reading and consuming content that inspires me, from Rob Moore, Dan Lok, Oprah, Will Smith – so many!

What platforms are you using as marketing tools?

I use the active campaign for my email lists and building, click funnels for my automation and freebies and Kajabi for my online courses and programmes.

Do you currently use any apps or tools to help the functionality of your business practice?

The ones above mainly, but I do also use youtube’s messenger app so that I can reply to all comments simply.

Who is the most influential female powerhouse that you admire and why?

What a great question! I do love Oprah for motivational content and pushing through to those next-level versions of ourselves. I also love Carrie Green (who I have met & spent time with) for her amazing community focus and tribe building strengths. Denise Duffield-Thomas for her business, money mindset and attitude to business and balance.

The best lesson learnt throughout the business building so far?

Be bold! the longer you spend trying to please everyone, fit in or be liked by everyone is the longer you stay stuck in average or ordinary. Being bold takes you to those extraordinary limits we all have the potential of reaching.

What does #BEYOUROWN mean to you?

Show up as you, serve like you, build your content around you and your experience – break the mould of what you see and consume and create the most original content and business you possibly can.

What does 2020 look like for you?

Lots of travel (of course!) as well as huge huge shifts in my business model. Expansion, growth, up levelling, exposure and being as bold as I have ever been! 2020 is going to be a year that pivots and changes everything for my business so far!
