5 Ways Spirituality And Healing Symbols Could Help You Focus And Succeed At Work By Britta Hochkeppel

We are intelligent, emotional, spiritual and physical people wherever we are and yet most of us try to separate ourselves according to the different environments we’re in at any one time.

The workplace is not a space to ignore your spiritual core. In fact, you will achieve more in your workspace, whether you are employed or running a business of your own, by honouring your whole self, tuning in to your spiritual and emotional psyche and allowing yourself to bring everything to your role.

Most of us are happy to acknowledge that we are intuitive about certain things and this can add value to your decision-making, interactions with others and strategic thinking. Here are 5 ways spirituality and healing symbols could help you focus and succeed at work…

Mediate at the beginning of each day

This is a practice that more and more people are becoming familiar with and when we take time out at the start of each day to begin from a centered place of peace, it can have a dramatic effect on our success. You might enjoy yoga, or classic meditation or combine either of these things with deep breathing, chanting or positive affirmations but they all lead to a deeper awareness of ourselves and the world around us. Working focus becomes much easier when our thinking becomes clearer, we become more conscious of our motivations and every interaction we have throughout the day is informed by these things. If you want to make the most of your working day, you cannot fail to start here. What we think becomes the vibration the universe mirrors back to us.

Combine the ancient art of vibrational symbols

Albert Einstein said; “Everything in Life is Vibration.” He proves that you can be both scientific and spiritual. These days there’s a new kind of science, one which is balancing the intellectual interrogation of our universe with a higher degree of consciousness. Symbols date back to ancient history long before language was created. Symbols represent a  form of language that has no words and no sounds, one of the most advanced and sophisticated  forms of communication is called an ideogram. An ideogram is a symbol which represents an entire idea or concept without ever uttering a word, phrase or sound to describe that idea and without needing the alphabet. Focusing on symbols, literally by concentrating visually on the required symbol, whilst engaging with deep breathing and chanting its name, is the beginning of a hugely complex awakening process. This awakening can reveal a side of your thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills to the fore. They were there all the time, but engaging with symbols this way reveals you to yourself and enables you to function at your highest level in the workplace. My book Healing Symbols from a Higher Dimension explores this concept and idea more deeply.

Focus Your Mind and Your Spirit

Traditional ways of working don’t always have all the answers. The pandemic has challenged our ways of working but it’s also given us the opportunity to change the ways we work for good. More and more we’re starting to see and understand the universe, not simply as a physical place but an emotional, spiritual one too. The universe can be engaged with on all kinds of levels but only to the degree that we are willing to participate. Every day, be prepared to “think outside the box.” If you’re purposefully meditating each morning, you will already be tuned into your higher consciousness and so you can trust your instincts to guide you through the challenges of each day. Success will come to those who feel more deeply, think more clearly and challenge the status quo.

Nurture yourself through healing symbols

Success isn’t something we journey towards. Success flows from the person we already are and it’s vital that we live from a place of deep wholeness. Symbols are an ancient form of communication without words, and perfectly encapsulate an idea, thought or truth.  Focusing on symbols, literally by concentrating visually on the required symbol, whilst engaging with deep breathing and chanting its name, is the beginning of a hugely complex healing  process. Adopting techniques like this and dedicating time to them regularly assists in releasing old emotional patterns and allows the new internal vibrations to be processed by the mind-body system.  For example; The pineal gland holds a very special position within our mind-body system. It is located in the centre of the brain and is often referred to as the third eye.

The gland produces melatonin, which helps maintain the circadian rhythm and regulates reproductive hormones. The pineal gland is sensitive to light and vibration. Studies have shown that it monitors magnetic fields and assists with orienting the body in space, acting as a navigation centre. This also explains why geomagnetic storms or environmental stress can affect it, leading to a variety of symptoms. With higher exposure to ever-increasing levels of harmful electromagnetic radiation alongside the consumption of drinking water high in fluoride, heavy metals, pesticides and pharmaceuticals, it is almost impossible to avoid experiencing imbalances of the pineal gland. These imbalances can lead to shrinkage and calcification, which in turn prevent the gland from functioning properly. This healing code symbol – Ra-Ha-Zi – introduces the purest white light energy from the highest dimension and vibrates on an extraordinarily high frequency helping to lift our energy. It is ideal for all of those who suffer with:

• Depression

• Post-traumatic stress disorder

• Grief

• Hormonal disorders

• Menopause problems

• Post-natal depression

• Seasonal affective disorder

• Lethargy

• Exhaustion

• Burnout

• Brain fog

• Insecurity and fear

Repeat the chanting gently and slowly in your mind. The chanted name sounds like Ra-Ha-Zee. Chant the name of the symbol inside your mind whilst using the deep breath method. On the in breath it’s Ra Ha and on the out breath Zee.

Connect with your work community

People do business with people they like. When you first of all like yourself, you are able to develop bonds with others which no doubt create success in your career, your business, your family life. We have a choice to create and invest in trusted relationships that do us good. The wonderful thing about engaging with ourselves; body, mind, soul and spirit is that we give ourselves an opportunity to first of all, love ourselves, so that we can develop mutually respectful, authentic relationships with others which pave the way for career success.
