Strike 1: Verbal Warning
The first instance of behaviour that violates our club’s guidelines will result in a verbal warning issued by BEYOUROWN Team and founder Samanah Duran.
The member will be notified of the specific incident and reminded of the expected conduct within the club.
This serves as an opportunity for self-correction and understanding the importance of maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere.
Strike 2: Temporary Suspension
If a member receives a second warning within a specified timeframe (e.g., six months), a temporary suspension will be imposed.
The duration of the suspension will be determined by club management based on the severity and recurrence of the behaviour.
During the suspension, the member will not have access to club facilities or be able to attend events.
Review and Reinstatement
After the suspension period, the member will undergo a review process with the BEYOUROWN Team and founder Samanah Duran.
Reinstatement will be contingent upon the member’s acknowledgment of the behaviour, commitment to adhering to the club’s guidelines, and understanding the importance of a respectful community.
Termination of Membership
Persistent violations after reinstatement may lead to the termination of the member’s Inner Circle privileges.
We believe that these guidelines contribute to fostering a supportive and harmonious environment within BEYOUROWN Inner Circle. It is our hope that every member can enjoy their experience while respecting the principles that define our community.

The BEYOUROWN Inner Circle Account shall be payable to the along with the application for membership.
BEYOUROWN Inner Circle Account Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, including under circumstances where Members have breached our Rules and Regulations.
Each Member of BEYOUROWN Inner Circle shall be at least twenty-one years of age at the age of an accepted application.
Membership will automatically be renewed within one month of the expiry date at the agreed Grandfathered in price.
We politely ask our Members dress for the occasion and be respectful in their choice of attire whilst attending all Virtual B2B Sessions and Women Who Lead Luncheons.

Every Member is responsible for their actions and behaviour towards other Members of the BEYOUROWN Inner Circle.
Conduct yourself with decorum and remember that you are not only representing yourself, but yourself within BEYOUROWN Inner Circle.
We Also Reserve The Right To Terminate Your BEYOUROWN Inner Circle Membership Immediately At Any Point Should We Feel You Have Irrefutably Breached Our Rules and Regulations
